PosturaZen provides a cloud-based clinic management platform for physiotherapy and healthcare providers, including patient management, appointment scheduling, clinical documentation, and billing features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
PosturaZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
